La Lucrezia, G.F. Handel's miniature operatic scena for soprano and continuo, depicting Lucrezia's inner turmoil after her assault leading to her suicide, beseeching the gods to take vengeance on Sextus Tarquinius, the Son of the last king of Rome, who robbed her of her virtue

Zigeunerlieder (Gypsy-Songs), J.S. Brahms' solo arrangement of his Song cycle of Hungarian folk love songs

Stride la Vampa!, Azucena's fiery opening aria from ll Trovatore by G. Verdi

Beside the Sea, Florence B. Price's beautifully yearning art song based on the poetry of Paul Laurence Dunbar, followed by her spirited song cycle of Four Encore Songs, with poetry from Graham Lee Hemminger, Ogden Nash, and Thomas Moore

Eat the Rich, composed by Melissa Dunphy with lyrics by Ozzie Jones slyly critiquing the excesses of our 21st-century New Gilded Age
